With the success of its HR conference series for the last six years, Fleming Gulf Conferences announces "MANAGING THE HUMAN ASSET - Need of the HR" conference scheduled for 30 - 31 January and 1 February, 2012 in Muscat, Oman.
The conference will help HR professionals develop a fresh perspective on finding solutions to their human asset management challenges through presentations by leading experts, thought provoking debates, enlightening case studies and interactive workshops. The two-day conference and day long post conference workshop will feature more than 18 presentations from prominent HR experts and thought leaders who would share their knowledge and experience on issues of paramount importance for the industry, pertaining to human capital development and management.
The forum will witness participation from H.E. Dr. Muna Bint Salim Al Jardaniya, Undersecretary, Technological Education and Vocational Training, Ministry of Manpower, Sultanate of Oman, Shabir Hussain, Manager for Policy, Compensation, ER/IR and Benefits at Petroleum Development Oman LLC and President, Oman Chapter, Arabian Society for Human Resource Management, Faisal Al Sayegh, Talent Manager, Group Human Resources, Emirates National Oil Company and Salah Al Raisi, Head of Staff Relations & Services, National Bank of Oman to name a few, who will address an audience comprising of Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers and heads of HR professionals from different sectors.
Consistent efforts in human capital development and efficient management of the human asset are crucial to sustainable economic growth in the Middle East region, observes Kushal Sharma, producer for this event who consulted many senior HR executives from prominent companies as part of his extensive research in developing the conference agenda.
"A large percentage of the Middle East population comprises of young people who are highly ambitious and have the potential to significantly contribute in long term economic development and diversification. Moreover, the present time is crucial since most countries in the region are focusing on greater autonomy through their respective "nationalization" programs.
