(the "Company") announces that the Company proposes to participate in a non-brokered private placement of Units of Pasinex Resources Limited (the "Issuer"). The Company plans to acquire 1,000,000 units from the Issuer consisting of 1,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share and 1,000,000 warrants ("Warrants") to acquire common shares of the Issuer at a price of $0.07 per share expiring 1 year from closing, pursuant to the non-brokered private placement by the Issuer. |
