Houston, TX – AAA Credit Screening Services announces that it is now an E-Verify employer agent with the ability to run I-9 verification reports on behalf of clients as part of their complete employment background check services.
I-9 verification is used to “verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and non-citizens.” - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Over the past few years employers have seen increased audits, inspections and “raids” at their places of business making it essential to maintain proper I-9 verification records. Employers that fail to maintain proper records risk severe penalties and even criminal charges.
