VAL D'OR, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb. 24, 2015) - Active Growth Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ACK) ("ACK" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has closed the final tranche of its previously announced private placement of 5,000,000 units ("Unit") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000 (the "Private Placement"). The Common Shares and the Warrants issued in connection with the completion of the second tranche of the Offering are subject to a hold period until June 24, 2015.
