Adria Goldman Gross, President and CEO of Medwise Insurance Advocacy, was recently featured in ‘New York Magazine’ where she discussed the denial of millions of health-insurance claims in the United States.
Adria briefly elaborates on her frustrations when attempting to reach out to customer service in the health insurance industry via phone. “Every time you call, you get another person,” she stated, “Or you get someone who answers the phone in the Philippines.””

Having experienced serious medical conditions at a young age and having to deal with the everchanging and confusing insurance industry; Adria pursued a career in medical insurance so she could help others navigate the perplexing health insurance maze. Adria has over three decades of experience in the insurance and advocacy field. She is the co-author of “Solved!
