VANCOUVER BC--(Marketwired - December 21, 2015) - Further to the release, dated December 14, 2015, Aida is pleased to announce it has closed the private placement, announced as pending at that time, in the amount of $337,500 @ $.25 per share for 1,350,000 shares. The total amount of funds that has been raised in private placements in the last 30 days, including $219,000 @ $.10 per share, is $556,500. The issued shares of the company will increase from 18,117,698 common shares to 19,467,698 shares. |
