CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 12, 2014) - AltaGas Ltd. ("AltaGas") (TSX:ALA) today announced that it has agreed to issue $300 million senior unsecured medium-term notes (the "Offering"). The notes carry a coupon rate of 4.50 percent and mature on August 15, 2044. |
