CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 6, 2013) - AltaGas Ltd. ("AltaGas") (TSX:ALA) (TSX:ALA.PR.A) (TSX:ALA.PR.U) today announced that it has agreed to issue $300 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes ("the Offering"). The notes carry a coupon rate of 3.57 percent and mature on June 12, 2023.
