CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 4, 2016) - AltaGas Ltd. ("AltaGas") (TSX:ALA) today announced that it has agreed to issue $350 million senior unsecured medium-term notes (the "Offering"). The notes carry a coupon rate of 4.12% and mature on April 7, 2026.
