CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 8, 2015) - AltaGas Ltd. ("AltaGas") (TSX:ALA) today announced that it has agreed to issue US$125 million senior unsecured medium-term notes (the "Offering"). The notes carry a floating rate coupon of three month LIBOR plus 0.85 percent and mature on April 17, 2017.
