CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 9, 2013) - AltaGas Ltd. ("AltaGas") (TSX:ALA) (TSX:ALA.PR.A) (TSX:ALA.PR.U) today announced that it has agreed to issue US$175 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes ("the Offering").
