CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 12, 2013) - AltaGas Ltd. ("AltaGas") (TSX:ALA) (TSX:ALA.PR.A) (TSX:ALA.PR.U) today announced that it has completed its US$175 million issue of senior unsecured medium-term notes ("the Offering"). The notes carry a floating coupon of three month LIBOR plus 0.79% and mature on April 13, 2015.
