BOSTON - AdviCoach®, the premier source for business coaching and advisory services customized for small- to mid-size businesses (SMBs), named Ann and Michelle Connor its 2012 Franchisees of the Year at the company's recent annual conference in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Recognized for their outstanding achievements during the past year, the award acknowledges the Connor's excellence in maintaining strong client-coach relationships and having a clear understanding of the important role they play in helping their clients reach their desired Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity goals. This is the third time the partners have received this award, having won in 2009, 2010 and 2012 respectfully.

With a combined total of nearly 50 years in business, Ann and Michelle bring experience to their practice from high-profile companies such as Sam's Club, Staples, CS Wholesale Grocers and FM Corporation. Ann's expertise lies in areas such as strategic planning, profit and loss management and product development, while Michelle brings expertise in customer service, training and development and project management. After several years in the corporate world, they decided to start their own pet product company called AMC Design and Sales, which they still own and operate. Ann and Michelle joined the AdviCoach® team in 2008, in the company's earliest stages of growth and development.

In addition, Ann sits on the Board of Directors for Hannah Grimes and Michelle is the Chairperson of the WEBB Women Empowered by Business®.
