(TSX VENTURE:APE) ("Apogee" or the "Company") has closed a private placement offering (the "Offering") of 70,370,000 Units of the Company ("Units"), at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,518,500, subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). |
