Cyclist Lance Armstrong isn't just fighting the doping charges that have been filed against him, he's now questioning the methods and funding of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. Friday, as the agency pressed its case against him, Armstrong accused one of its board members of a history of sexual misconduct.
