TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 7, 2012) - Augustine Ventures Inc. (CNSX:WAW) ("Augustine" or the "Company") announces that it has extended the term of the 5,075,000 warrants issued by the Company on December 22, 2010, the 3,512,500 warrants issued on February 8, 2011 and the 2,300,000 warrants on March 23, 2011 (collectively the "Warrants"). The terms of the Warrants have each been extended for a period of 12 months. The Warrants were scheduled to expire on December 22, 2012, February 8, 2013 and March 23, 2013 respectively, but will now expire on December 22, 2013, February 8, 2014 and March 23, 2014 respectively. |
