TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 27, 2011) - Avalon Rare Metals Inc. (TSX:AVL)(NYSE Amex:AVL) ("Avalon" or the "Company") announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 7,100,000 common shares (an increase of 100,000 common shares from the previously announced number) at a price to the public of US$ 6.15 per share with respect to shares initially offered in the United States or in other countries outside of Canada and Cdn$ 5.81 per share with respect to shares initially offered in Canada. |
