(the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement of 16,000,000 common shares at an issue price of $0.10 per share for total gross proceeds of $1.6 million. The proceeds of the Offering will be used to identify and ultimately acquire mineral resource properties with a view to completing a public listing in Canada.
