CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 4, 2014) - BACANORA MINERALS LTD. (TSX VENTURE:BCN) ("Bacanora" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its intention to conduct a brokered financing in conjunction with its previously announced application for admission of its common shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). Bacanora has engaged HD Capital Partners LLP of London, United Kingdom, as its Capital Markets Advisor and Broker in connection with this offering and the AIM admission process.
