VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 18, 2014) - Banks Island Gold Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BOZ) announces that it will not be completing the financing transaction with Global Resources Investments Ltd. (the "GRIL"), previously announced by news release on January 23rd, 2014. The conditions to completion of the subscription agreement were not met before the Long Stop Date of February 14th and the subscription obligation contemplated by the Subscription Agreement has accordingly expired. |
