- Banro signs definitive agreements with Chinese mining investment fund, Resource FinanceWorks ("RFW"), for US$98.75 million financing expected to close in January 2016- In addition, RFW acquires US$60 million of outstanding debt and preferred shares from current investors- Banro agrees to transfer funds to the Senior Notes trustee securing remaining coupon payments on the Senior Notes
