("Beaufield") (TSX VENTURE:BFD) is pleased to announce that it has completed a third and final closing of its current private placement by issuing a total of 2,200,000 units of Beaufield at $0.05 per unit, for total gross proceeds of $110,000 and aggregate gross proceeds of $630,000. Beaufield previously completed two closings of the private placement in March 2016 by issuing 10,400,000 units of Beaufield at $0.05 per unit, for gross proceeds of $520,000. |
