Bengal Energy Announces Credit Facility Renewal and Extension |

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 25, 2016) - Bengal Energy Ltd. (TSX:BNG) ("Bengal" or the "Company") announces that it has successfully negotiated an extension of its secured credit facility with Westpac Institutional Bank ("Westpac"). The revised facility has been extended to December 31, 2018 and provides a borrowing base of US$15 million of which US$12.5 million is currently drawn. |
