EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - BioNeutra Global Corporation ("BioNeutra" or the "Corporation") (CSE:BGA) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation intends to complete an offering of 2,500,000 common shares ("Common Shares") at a price of $0.40 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 by way of a private placement (the "Private Placement").
BioNeutra intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement for general working capital. |
