VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 10, 2013) - BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:BQE), a leader in industrial wastewater treatment, has filed its final short form prospectus in respect of a rights offering (the "Offering"). Under the Offering, BioteQ expects to raise gross proceeds of approximately $1.2 million.
