VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 2, 2013) - BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:BQE), a leader in industrial wastewater treatment, has filed a preliminary prospectus in respect of a proposed rights offering (the "Offering"). Under the Offering, BioteQ expects to raise gross proceeds of approximately $1.2 million.
