(TSX VENTURE:BWR) ("Black Widow" or the "Company") announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of units ("Units") at Cdn$0.10 per Unit and flow-through units ("FT Units") at Cdn$0.12 per FT Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to Cdn$1,460,000 (the "Offering"). |
