VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 28, 2013) - Blackbird Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BBI) ("Blackbird" or the "Company") announced today that due to demand, it is increasing the size of its previous announced private placement (the "Private Placement") from $1,500,000 to aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000.
