(TSX VENTURE:BOL) ("Bold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a brokered private placement (the "Offering") of up to 3,571,429 working capital units (the "WC Units") of the Company at a price of $0.07 per WC Unit for up to $250,000 and up to 7,142,857 flow-through units (the "FT Units") of the Company at a price of $0.07 per FT Unit for up to $500,000.
