MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - July 24, 2012) - BOWMORE Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BOW) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the completion of its non-brokered private placement announced on July 11, 2012 (the "Private Placement"). Bowmore sold a total of 5,600,000 common shares at a price of $0.25 per share for gross proceeds of $1.4 million. |
