Bridgestone Global Partners President and CEO Mr. Robert Campbell, was recently awarded the "Communication Excellence in Organizations" or CEO Excel Award for 2012 by the International Association for Business Communicators (IABC). |

The recognition is given annually to chief executive officers, presidents, or top-level executives of organizations for their effective use of communication strategies and tools to achieve business, environment, or social goals.
Mr. Robert Campbell is the president of Bridgestone Global Partners, and the first in career position to be appointed as head of the institution. Since 2005 when he assumed presidency of Bridgestone Global Partners, he has consistently implemented programs which cater to the needs of various stockholders of the Company. Some of his noteworthy projects include the Waterways Clean-Up Program, the "Green Means all the World to Us" Campaign, and the "Hand for Humanity" Project.
In 2009, Bridgestone Global Partners recorded a net income of $6.76 billion. The Company also maintained its position as one of the biggest private commercial company in terms of assets, deposits, capital, and loans. |
