Hal is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Administration / Marketing with additional executive leadership development at the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. He has over 34 years of senior sales and marketing management experience in the building products market with Universal Rundle Corporation, American Standard, Moen Faucets, Schlage Lock and Therma Tru Door. His most recent assignment was vice president of marketing and marketing communications for Cooper Tire and Rubber Company.
