In this newly created role reporting directly to the President and COO, Fran will oversee all plant operations and lead them to meet demands for both current and new customers as the company drives continued growth. Challenges in this new role include implementing lean practices and transforming a large number of new employees into a focused, cohesive and self motivated workforce. These efforts will bring predictability and order to manufacturing as well as increase performance. Fran will also assist with implementing a new ERP system.
With an extensive background in cabinetry, Fran brings a fundamental love for wood products combined with over 15 years cabinetry operations experience that includes first hand knowledge of all aspects of cabinetry manufacturing. In past assignments, he has moved production operations, started up a new plant and implemented capital improvements. In every venue, Fran has improved quality and profitability while building a committed and productive workforce.
