Calif. Fire Authority Wants to Bill Teen for Search and Rescue Costs

The Orange County Fire Authority wants to bill Nicolas Cendoya, who went missing in April, $55,000 to cover the costs of his search and rescue. It says the search and rescue never would have been necessary had Cendoya not taken meth before his hike, which, fire officials said, contributed to his getting lost.
