VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - March 06, 2017) - Cameo Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CRU) (OTC PINK: SIDNF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it intends to undertake a private placement financing of up to 4,000,000 units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Share") and one share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"), and each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of $0.75 per Share for a period of three years from closing of the financing. Proceeds of the financing are anticipated to be used for general working capital. |
