("CER" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CFL) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated November 17, 2016, it has completed the sale of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, MCL Waste Systems & Environmental Inc. ("MCL"), to GFL Environmental Inc.
