CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 29, 2014) - Canadian Natural Resources Limited (TSX:CNQ) (NYSE:CNQ) ("Canadian Natural" or the "Company") announces that on May 29, 2014, it issued C$500 million principal amount of 2.60% unsecured notes due December 3, 2019 sold at a price of C$99.822 per $100 principal amount to yield 2.635% to maturity, and C$500 million principal amount of 3.55% unsecured notes due June 3, 2024 sold at a price of C$99.633 per $100 principal amount to yield 3.594% to maturity, which have been sold to investors in Canada. |
