VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 17, 2013) - Cancana Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CNY) (the "Company" or "Cancana") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of up to 7,500,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000. The purchase price was based on the last closing price of the Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") before filing of a Price Reservation form with the TSXV on December 31, 2012. |
