VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 8, 2015) - Cancana Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CNY) (the "Company" or "Cancana") is pleased to announce that it has has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 3,497,843 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company, at a price of $0.19 per Common Share, for gross proceeds of $664,590 (the "Private Placement").
