TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 24, 2013) - Carlaw Capital IV Inc. ("Carlaw" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CLW.P), a capital pool company, today announced the termination of its previously announced proposed qualifying transaction with Mortgage Company of Canada Incorporated. The Corporation will continue to pursue and evaluate other businesses and assets with a view to completing a qualifying transaction and will make further announcements with respect to these efforts as soon as practically possible.
