CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 27, 2013) - Carmen Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CEI) ("Carmen" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has commenced a non-brokered private placement for up to $300,000 (the "Private Placement"). The Corporation will issue up to 15 million common shares ("Common Shares") to exempt buyers on a private placement basis at a price of $0.02 per Common Share. |
