CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 5, 2011) - Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:XCT) ("Cell-Loc"), is pleased to announce that it has entered into an arrangement agreement (the "Agreement") with an arm's length private company pursuant to which Cell-Loc will complete a reorganization transaction that is anticipated to net Cell-Loc approximately $900,000 in non-dilutive financing (the "Proposed Transaction"). |
