Central Health Physiotherapy Launches New Metafit(TM) Classes in London |

Central Health Physiotherapy, one of the largest and most respected physiotherapy companies, has recently announced that they are now offering new Metafit™ classes in London. |

London, United Kingdom - Metafit™ is a fast 30 minute metabolic workout which is designed to improve mobility, maximize fat loss and improve fitness. Central Health Physiotherapy's new Metafit™ classes will include a combination of bodyweight only exercises which work big muscle groups at high density intervals, and it will therefore boost a person's metabolic rate.
The main aim of the Metafit™ workout is to increase the Resting Metabolic Rate, which accounts for the largest proportion of a person's energy used in one day. The exercises will result in an increase in Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), so it will take the body longer to return to the body's resting state and will therefore burn more calories. Total recovery can be made in just a few minutes, and it will take up to 24 hours to restore a pre-exercise oxygen uptake.
A spokesperson for Central Health Physiotherapy commented: "We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Metafit™ classes which will be held at our Chancery Lane Clinic. The workout class will start at 1pm on a Wednesday and the half hour will include a set period of muscle and motion activation exercises and rests."
