(TSX VENTURE:CPS) (the "Company") announces that it has completed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement financing, as described in its news release dated Sept. 11, 2012, pursuant to which it has issued a total of 11,000,000 common shares for total gross proceeds of $1,100,000.
