VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 6, 2015) - Columbus Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CLX) ("Columbus Exploration") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of 900,000 shares of Columbus Exploration at a price of $0.10 per share, for total gross proceeds of $90,000. Finders' fees of 10% in shares of Columbus Exploration may be paid in connection with the private placement in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"). Columbus Exploration intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to approval by the TSX-V. |
