Compass Group, the world's leading food services company, today announced the acquisition of two companies in India, Vipul Facility Management Private Limited (VFM), New Delhi and Ultimate Hospitality Services Private Limited, (UHS) Hyderabad.
VFM, a national player in the support services industry and UHS, a strong regional food services business headquartered in Hyderabad provide an excellent platform for the further development of Compass Group across India. Following these acquisitions, Compass Group will now service clients across 44 cities in India.
