Consulus appoints Lawrence Peh to lead PlaceCORE projects in ASEAN

Lawrence Peh has been appointed the Head of Integrated Development in Consulus to oversee the development of PlaceCORE projects in ASEAN.
SINGAPORE - Consulus has appointed Lawrence Peh (pictured) to the role of Head, Integrated Development to oversee the development of the firm’s PlaceCORE (Smart Cities and Integrated Development) projects in ASEAN. He will work with Global CEO of Consulus, Lawrence Chong and PlaceCORE principal partner CPG Consultants to shape sustainable developments in the region based on PlaceCORE holistic methodology.

Lawrence Peh has 25 years of experience in ASEAN primarily in the real estate development, property management and assets management. His hands-on experience includes supervising a building material manufacturing operation in Indonesia, running a listed property development company in the Philippines and in Thailand. He has directly managed a township development and a wide range of projects including commercial, retail and residential properties in various ASEAN countries.

Lawrence Peh has served regional firms such as Hong Leong Bank, Vietnam International Township Development Company (a subsidiary of Perdana ParkCity Group - property arm of Samling Group, Malaysia), GuocoLand Vietnam, T.C.C. CapitaLand Bangkok, Keppel Land, Thai Properties, in Manila and Bangkok. His involvement with these firms contributed to higher development value and receipt of regional prestige awards such as Asia Property Award and Golden Dragon Awards for Best Housing Architectural Design, Best Architectural Design in Vietnam, Best Landscape Architectural Design, High-Quality Community Living, Best Quality Products & Services.
