Chicago, Illinois -- There are only a small group of managers in the United States who have achieved the credential of Certified Service Manager, and James Dolbeare, an appliance repair firm owner is one of them.
The Certified Service Manager certification (CSM) was developed by the National Electronic Service Dealers Association (NESDA) to provide a means to measure the knowledge needed and obtained to manage today's advanced service business.
James Dolbeare has taken and passed the comprehensive examination to acquire this certification. Fifty percent of the exam covers general information, including topics such as laws, regulations, customer and employee relations, etc. The other half of the test covers financial management.
