("Seafield" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:SFF) announces that it did not make an interest payment of CDN$402,317 due July 15, 2014 under its debt facility with RMB Resources. The Company continues to discuss with RMB Resources (see press release February 21, 2013) further possible financing and a restructure of the current debt facility.
