WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - 6 juin 2014) - The North West Company (North West) (TSX:NWC) a le plaisir d'annoncer les termes du refinancement de ses billets de premier rang, d'un montant de 70 millions de dollars américains, qui portent intérêt à 6,55 % et viennent à échéance le 15 juin 2014. Ce refinancement sera effectué par l'émission d'un placement privé de 55 millions de dollars américains en billets de premier rang à 3,27 % d'intérêt et de 15 millions de dollars américains en billets de premier rang à taux variable fondé sur le LIBOR et augmenté d'une marge. Ces billets de premier rang, qui viendront à échéance le 16 juin 2021, seront garantis par une charge flottante sur les éléments d'actif de la société et auront le même rang que les autres créances prioritaires de North West.
